Estate Planning

 

Power of Attorney, Wills, Trusts and Advanced Directives are all considered Legal documents, which in most cases witness is required to be present. Witness must be at least 18 years of age and provide valid forms of identification.

 

*Disclosure- There are NO exceptions for invalid Identification*

 

Don't have a witness? That's no problem, we can provide witnesses for you.

Loan Signing Services

 

We all know that purchasing and/or selling a home can be a beautiful, yet very stressful transition. With the knowledge and experience I acquired with mentors, NNA, videos, self-studying and more, I am proudly able to accommodate your closing process with care, patience, guidance and understanding. I am trained and skilled to assist with Purchaser, Seller, Equity Line, Reverse Mortgages and Refinance loan signings.

 

My goal is to make your closing process a convenient and stressless experience.

 

*Loan services does require longer times due to the extent of the documents, in most cases between 40 minutes to 1 hour, depending. * 


Other Services Offered

 

In addition to the services provided above, we also assist in notarizations for other documents such as Adoption papers, Guardianship Agreements, Property Deeds, Medical Release, Vehicle Release and Travel Consent Forms.
